If there is a dispute regarding whether Chances have been paid for then such dispute shall be resolved by reference to details included in official statements from the bank with which the Lottery’s bank accounts operate.

The first Draw in the Lottery took place on 17 November 2017 and will take place on every subsequent Friday going forwards (including bank holidays). If for any reason the Promoting Society is unable to run the Draw on that date (for example, due to there being an insufficient number of Players), it will notify all Players by letter to notify them of the reason for the delay and will provide reasonable notice (at least 28 days) to the Gambling Commission of the delay and the reasons for it.

Direct Debit payments will be entered into the first available Draw 3 working days after the collection has been made from your bank account. You will be notified of your first Draw date in writing.

After your final entries into the Weekly Lottery have been played, any amount under £1 remaining in your account will be donated to PDSA.

4.4. The Promoting Society may cancel your entry into the Lottery (in its absolute discretion) at any time. This will not however protect customer funds in the event of insolvency. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirement for the segregation of customer funds at the level: Not protected segregation. https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-and-players/guide/page/what-it-means-if-your-money-is-not-protected
